The Endless Mountains Draft Horse Club hosts Draft Horse Days 2012

Location: Elsbee Farm, South Waverly, PA, off of US Route 17 and US Route 220

Dates: May 4 and May 5, from 10 AM to 4 PM, Weather Permitting

Come to Draft Horse Days! See how fields were plowed a century ago, using teams of draft horses with riding and walking plows. See live demonstrations of horses and antique equipment. Talk to members about their horses, and learn how teamsters harness their horses to work.

Admission, parking, and horse-drawn wagon rides are always free. Ride in a horse drawn wagon! Food and drinks are available on site at nominal cost. All day long, enjoy hotdogs, hamburgers, and baked goods. Both days, visit a Flea Market, Craft Booths, and an Information Booth.

Location: South Waverly, PA, just four miles southwest of Waverly, NY, or less than two miles from Exit 60 on US Route 17. Look for the intersection of Meadow Lark Drive, Mile Lane, and the Wilawana Road (just west of US Route 220 in northern Pennsylvania). Watch for signs at major intersections.
